Refund and Returns Policy

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept returns within 10 days of the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 days.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@hifiindia.co.in  with details and photos of the product. We will work with you to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund.

Cancellations
